Three-week professional rebirthing training with Heike Strombach was intense, profound, and truly life changing. During this period, I learned so much;about myself, about the breath, and about the deep impact of rebirthing. Heike worked for many years alongside the founder of rebirthing, Leonard Orr. That was one of the main reasons I chose to study with her. I wanted to be trained at the core, as close to the source of rebirthing as possible. Her experience, deep wisdom, and loving presence make her an incredible source of inspiration. After the training, there was a valuable six-month follow-up program with monthly intervision sessions. This was very helpful, as every person and every breath is unique, and it’s wonderful to continue learning and sharing experiences with others in the field.
